Orgasm is the answer to good health

An apple a day keeps the doctor away is an old saying, but a new study has changed the saying a bit.  It is now said ‘ORGASM a day keeps the doctor away’.
An enjoyable sex life keeps women in tip-top health, medics exposed last night. Females who are satisfied in the bedroom have more oomph and suffer fewer illnesses.

Those who rate their sex lives highly have more vitality and a better psychological outlook than those who have sex less than twice a month. Those who frequently had orgasms were less likely to fall sick and reported feeling more active than women who were left wanting more after romps. The study highlights that it's not the amount of sex women have that matters, it is the quality - in contrast to men.

Research found that women who were sexually dissatisfied had lower well-being and vitality. This finding highlights the importance of addressing these areas as an essential part of healthcare, because women may be uncomfortable discussing these issues with their doctor. This emphasizes the role and importance of sexual health in women's overall health and well-being.
